Our Mission is to inspire older adults (age 55+) to maintain or regain the sense of autonomy and independence in order to thrive in their daily lives. We literally put the FUN in functional fitness. ACE certified Professionals strive to ignite the desire in our clients to  actively choose wellness at every turn. We all know that if it’s not fun, we won’t do something, and that’s why we aim to make our activities fun! Clients learn to create and achieve self-directed goals, all while building meaningful, enriching relationships solidified in the adventure of personal growth. Premium quality and personalized services are customized to each person. Sessions range from simple fitness, balance, or agility training, to creating goals with many adventures along the way.  We advocate for our clients between caregivers, family members, and therapists (occupational or physical therapies). In this space between, we create many opportunities to reinforce and practice the client's target activity.  To eliminate any transportation barrier, we travel to our clients' desired location within Washington County.

  • Several times a week to bi-monthly sessions are available
  • Work at client’s specified location; within 10 miles of SW Beaverton, OR
